Want to perform Shakespeare?

Many actors who have not been classically trained find it daunting to audition for a Shakespeare play.  They may find themselves saying, "If I only had this many Shakespeare credits on my resume, I'd be considered for this role," or, "I have no understanding of how to tackle learning how to perform this!"

Michael specializes in teaching Shakespeare performance to actors with little classical experience.  His one-on-one personal engagement makes it easy to connect to the text, and fosters a safe environment to learn.

Michael has performed in the Long Island Shakespeare Festival for 5 seasons in various roles, from Ross in Macbeth, to Paris in Romeo and Juliet.  Currently, he is a resident member of Hamlet Isn't Dead - A NYC-based Shakespeare company devoted to performing every play in Shakespeare's Canon...in the order in which they were written!  He has worked with many skilled and talented directors and actors, and has developed a craving and love for sharing the many methods to performing Shakespeare.
