Michael is a New York-based actor, born and raised on Long Island.  In his early years, he enjoyed playing dress-up every chance he had: he could be seen dashing through the living room with a tablecloth tied around his neck, or cackling a la Bette Midler in Hocus Pocus; neighbors recall him jumping off his stoop with an open umbrella in hand, singing Mary Poppins tunes with a cape!  When cousins and friends would visit, he would make them actors in his original movies - short, wacky movies that became episodic series.  It was not until his later high school years that he discovered a proper outlet for his creative energy: The Theatre.  Now, he enjoys performing as a professional actor.  He has played in dozens of theatres across the East Coast.

He received a BFA in Musical Theatre from Long Island University Post, where he was vigorously trained in the Suzuki Method of physical theatre - a training that has instilled in him a set of physical and psychological aesthetics and values, which he brings to each of his projects.

He received an Associates in the Arts from Suffolk County Community College.  It was there that he first studied the craft of acting.

He is a resident member of Hamlet Isn’t Dead’s Shakespearean acting company (check out their mission here!), with which he enjoys training amongst NYC’s 275th-best Shakespeare collaborators.
